Earlier this year, our very own Natalia Kotova had the pleasure of joining the Lights On Data Show hosted by George and Diana Firican, where they dove into a topic close to our hearts at ThinkLinkers: Women in Data.

During this session, Natalia along with Nicola Askham, Susan Walsh and Olga Maydanchik shared their journey and insights into the challenges and opportunities that women face in the data industry. Celebrating International Women's Day, the discussion revolved around the invaluable contributions women bring to the table, from breaking barriers to creating impactful change in data governance, data management, and beyond.
